When creating a campaign on JoinBrands, you can choose how creators are approved to take your job. There are two options: Auto Approval and Manual Approval.
Auto Approval
By selecting Auto Approval, all creators who meet your campaign criteria will be automatically accepted — no action needed on your end. This is ideal if you want maximum reach and variety of content.
Important: With Auto Approval, creators are filtered only by the criteria you set for your campaign.
Manual Approval
With Manual Approval, you personally review each creator who applies and decide whether to approve or deny them. This gives you full control over which creators generate content for your products.
Tips for Manual Approval:
You can approve multiple creators at the same time.
Creators who take the job first will be the ones who start generating your content.
Once you have approved creators and they accept the job, you will stop receiving new applications.
Hover over a creator's name to see a preview of their profile information.
Click on a creator's image to view their full portfolio and assess if their style matches your needs.
Managing Creator
Once your campaign is live and creators have applied, you can manage their requests in the Creators section of your campaign.
From there, you can invite them to collaborate or hide their request.
