Your first step is to get certified for the TikTok and TikTok Shop Affiliate Creator. This section can be found in your Certifications Tab!
Once your TikTok Shop certification has been approved, you will enter the process of applying for all the TikTok Shop jobs that brands have for you!
The first step for you, depending on the type of job, is to purchase and receive the product.
Important: Before accepting this type of job, you must carefully read the instructions to ensure you fully understand the requirements and are 100% confident that you can deliver the content the brand expects!
How to Look for TikTok Shop Jobs in the Marketplace.
Click on the Marketplace tab in your account.
Select the content type “TikTok Shop.”
You will see all available TikTok Shop-type jobs.
Click on the name of a job to expand the details and review the description to ensure you can deliver the required content.
Once confirmed, click “Apply to this Job.”
Please note: Brands choose Creators within 1-2 business days of setting the job live. 😉
Once you have accepted the job, you need to place your order for reimbursement for the type of job. You have 48 hours to place the order for reimbursement-type jobs! Once your order is placed, make sure to add your order number for confirmation so the system can recognize this step. Otherwise, your job will be automatically canceled if 48 hours pass after you accept the invitation!
Once you have received the product, create the brand's video content and upload it to JoinBrands. You have a 7-day window to submit Video content!
Best Practices for Your Video: Use a clean setup with a waist-high table so you and the product are visible. Use your back camera and wipe the lens for clarity. Highlight packaging, branding, and first impressions naturally. Label must read left-to-right. Speak to the camera if possible, follow the job description carefully, meet all requirements, and use no background music and subtitles unless specified in the job instructions—natural sound only. No watermark!
Important: Do not upload your content to TikTok first. Submit your video as raw content in your job on the JoinBrands platform. Once the brand approves it, you can then post it to your TikTok account!
Once your content is ready, go back to the job and upload your content, making sure to follow the required content.
📢 Important Reminder: Original Content Requirement
Please note that the content must be created and submitted by the creator themselves. Submissions made by anyone other than you will not be accepted and may negatively impact your account.
Once your content is approved by our processing team, the brand has a 10-day window to either approve it or request revisions. After the brand approves your content, post it on TikTok and keep it public for 14 days to complete your job and get paid.
To do this, click on "Post to TikTok." You will see that on the job status!
Once you click on "Post to TikTok", you will be redirected to the TikTok app!
You need to scan the QR code with the mobile phone that is logged into your TikTok account when you accept the job. Please follow these steps carefully:
Open TikTok on your mobile using the account linked to your JoinBrands account. Make sure no other TikTok accounts are logged in on this device.
Tap your profile icon in the lower right corner.
Tap the three lines in the upper right corner.
Select “Your QR Code.”
Tap the scan window in the upper-right corner, then scan the code.

Once you have successfully posted your content in your TikTok account. You need to wait for 14 days for this job to be completed. Payments are sent automatically to your JoinBrands wallet, and you can withdraw funds via PayPal. 💸
Please note that you cannot submit extra content for social posting-type jobs.
