Before any creator's content reaches you, our Support Team reviews each submission to make sure it follows your campaign guidelines — so what lands in your inbox is already vetted and ready for your approval. ✅
Once it passes review, you'll get an email and a dashboard notification letting you know it's time to check it out and approve it.
📓 Heads up: dashboard notifications only show on desktop. If you missed yours, click the bell icon in the top-right of your screen to find it.
To find content waiting for approval, open the campaign it was uploaded to and head to the Jobs section. You'll see every creator who has submitted content there.
⚠️ Quick tip: creators with content ready for review are marked with a Pick content button — easy to spot at a glance. 🤩
Click into the creator who uploaded content and select the Content tab to view their submissions for that campaign.
Once you purchase the content, it's all yours — download it and use it however you'd like across your website, ads, social channels, and beyond. 💛
