The Big Picture
JoinBrands is a marketplace where you post a campaign, creators apply, and you get photos, videos, or social media posts for your products. You pick who you want to work with, ship your product, and receive finished content in days.
Everything happens inside the platform: hiring, shipping, content review, payments, and ad codes. No back-and-forth over email, no chasing freelancers.
Step by Step
Create your campaign. Pick a content type (video, photo, TikTok post, Instagram Reel, etc.), write a brief, set your price per job, and add the product you want featured.
Creators apply. Your campaign goes live in the creator marketplace. Creators who are interested apply to your job. You can also turn on auto-approval if you want to move fast.
Review and approve. Check each creator's profile, level, rating, and portfolio. Pick the ones you want to work with.
Ship your product. Send the product to approved creators. Add tracking info so everyone stays on the same page. You can also use reimbursement if the creator buys it themselves.
Get your content. Creators produce the content and upload it. You review it, and can either approve, request changes, or decline.
Creators post (if applicable). For Content + Posting campaigns, the creator publishes to their own social account and gives you a Spark Ads code (TikTok) or Partnership Ad code (Instagram) so you can boost it.
Payment releases. Once approved, payment moves from escrow to the creator. You only pay for content you accept.

Campaign Types
Single Job - Content Only: You get the raw files. The creator doesn't post anything. Use it for ads, product pages, or social content you post yourself.
Single Job - Content + Posting: The creator makes the content and posts it on their account. You get the files plus an ad code to run it as a paid ad.
Social Blast: Multiple creators post about your product on TikTok Shop at the same time. Good for generating affiliate sales and visibility fast.
Retainer: An ongoing deal with one creator. Set a posting schedule and monthly budget, and they keep creating for you over time.

Pricing
JoinBrands has four plans: Free (15% service fee), Start-up at $99/mo (12% fee), Pro at $299/mo (10% fee), and Max at $499/mo (8% fee). The service fee applies on top of what you pay creators. Higher plans give you lower fees and access to more features.
