πŸ“¦ Getting your product into a creator's hands is the first step to great content. When you set up a campaign on JoinBrands, you'll choose one of three delivery options β€” each suited to a different kind of product.

With Reimbursement, the creator purchases your product directly from the marketplace (Amazon, your website, etc.) and gets reimbursed by JoinBrands once the job is approved. Quick and simple β€” no shipping logistics on your end.

When choosing this option, you'll be asked to enter the product's shipping cost and taxes so the creator gets reimbursed for the full amount they paid.

⚠️ Important: You're required to cover the full refund for the product purchased. Covering taxes and shipping is optional β€” but highly recommended to keep your job attractive to creators.

⚠️ Tax note: For reimbursement jobs, a fixed 10% sales tax is applied to the product price. U.S. creators pay varying tax rates by state, so the flat 10% keeps things simple and consistent β€” and makes your job more appealing to creators.

With Shipped by Me, you handle shipping end-to-end. The creator's shipping address (already saved on their account) appears in the job details β€” send the product along with tracking info, and both sides can follow the delivery.
