💡 1. Understand the Platform
JoinBrands is a two-sided marketplace where you post a campaign, creators apply, and you get back photos, videos, or social media posts for your product. Everything happens inside the platform — hiring, shipping, content review, payments (protected by escrow), and Spark Ads / Partnership Ad codes for paid amplification. You pick who you work with, ship your product, and receive ready-to-use content in days.

🚀 2. Create Your First Campaign
Creating a campaign takes just a few steps:
Define your campaign — choose your objective (Content Only, Content + Posting, Social Blast, or Retainer), pick a content type (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, Selfie, or Video), and select a package.
Write your brief — describe what you want the creator to produce (up to 10,000 characters), add special requirements, and include any visual references.
Add product info — brand/trade name, product details, and delivery method.
Review the summary — on the right of your screen, you'll see a full price breakdown before you confirm.

💳 3. Billing & Subscription Plans
JoinBrands charges a platform fee on each completed job, and the fee depends on your subscription plan:
Pay-As-You-Go — 15% platform fee
Startup — 12% platform fee ($99/mo)
Brand — 10% platform fee ($299/mo)
Agency — 8% platform fee ($499/mo)
The higher your plan, the lower your fee — so as you scale up, upgrading often pays for itself in fee savings alone. Higher tiers also unlock additional features like more creator access and advanced tools.

📦 4. Shipping & Tracking
If you set your delivery option to Shipped by me, you'll need the creator's address to ship the product. You can find it in two places:
In your Dashboard → To-Do section, where pending shipping tasks are listed. Click the task and the creator's delivery info appears on screen.
Directly inside the campaign, on the job details for that creator.
Once you've shipped the product, update the job with tracking info so the creator (and JoinBrands) know it's on the way.

✅ 5. Content Review & Approval
Every submission goes through a two-step review before you pay:
JoinBrands reviews first. Our team checks that the content follows the brief and the platform's quality guidelines.
You review next. You'll get an email plus a Dashboard notification. Head to your campaign, open the Jobs section, find the creators who've uploaded, and click Pick content to preview their submissions. From there you can approve, request revisions, or decline with a reason.
📓 Note: Dashboard notifications show up on desktop. If you missed one, click the bell icon in the top-right corner to find it.

Once you've approved and purchased a piece of content, it's yours to use however you'd like — ads, product pages, social media, email campaigns, you name it.
To grab it: open the content in your dashboard and click the Download button or icon. That's it — your content is ready to go.
