📩 Inviting creators to your campaign is one of the fastest ways to land the right talent for your brand. Here's how the invite flow works on JoinBrands — and what happens once a creator accepts.
💡 Inviting a Creator
Pick creators who feel like the right fit for your product and your campaign. You can invite a creator directly from your campaign, or browse the Creators Marketplace to find specific creators and send invites their way.
⚠️ Important: You can send up to 3 invites per campaign for free. If you'd like to invite more, you'll need to upgrade your subscription.
🚀 What Happens After You Invite
Once an invitation is sent, the creator gets a notification and can choose to accept or reject the offer.
If they accept — the next step depends on the delivery method you chose for your campaign: either you'll ship the product directly to them (Shipped by me) or the creator will purchase the product from the marketplace and get reimbursed (Reimbursement). From there, the standard job steps continue — content creation, review, approval, and payout.
If they reject — no problem! The job stays open in your campaign and you can invite another creator who's a better fit.
