Creators: I have not received my product yet, what should I do?

Let us guide you on what to do if your product has not arrived.

Written by Anastasija

Waiting for a product to arrive can be one of the slowest parts of the whole creator experience — especially when you're ready to start filming. Shipping delays can happen, and when they do, JoinBrands makes it easy to get in touch with both the brand and our Support Team so you're never left in the dark. Here's what to do if your product is taking longer than expected. 🤩

The fastest way to follow up on a delayed shipment is through the Chat feature — a dedicated button that's always available inside each job.

📓 Note: You'll find the Chat option inside the job details for each of your active jobs. 😃

Just click Chat and you'll be able to reach out to the brand directly, ask for an update, and let them know what you're experiencing.

You can also get in touch with our Brand & Creator Assistance Team directly via our in-platform chat — just let them know what's going on and they'll help keep things moving. 😉

📓 Note: If your job is a TikTok Shop job, JoinBrands automatically verifies your order status with TikTok. Once TikTok confirms your order has been delivered, your job will automatically advance to "Product Received" — no action needed on your end. If your order is cancelled on TikTok's end, the job will be automatically cancelled and any funds will be returned to the brand.

Patches

June 10, 2026 — Added note clarifying that TikTok Shop jobs now use automatic order status verification. Jobs advance to "Product Received" automatically when TikTok confirms delivery, and are automatically cancelled (with funds returned to the brand) if the order is cancelled.
