Creators: Do's and Don'ts

In this article, you'll learn about Do's and Don'ts as a Creator.

We know you are here to get your content out there, just keep in mind the following statements on how to use our service properly and the measures to be taken in certain situations.


Do's

  • Do make sure your Account Information is properly set:

    • Delivery Address updated (this is the address the Brands will send you the products).

    • Email address.

    • Phone number.

    Important: Please remember our service is only for US, Canada, Australia, and UK residents.

  • Do purchase the products from the jobs you have taken, within the given time frame (24 hours).

  • Do double-check the Order IDs provided. Make sure they are correctly entered and they are for the correct item, in case they are not correct you should contact our Brand and Creator Assistance Team so they can assist you.

  • Do make sure you purchase the correct item and price in the marketplace, this amount will be reimbursed to you once the job is completed.

  • If your order was canceled/refunded for any reason or lost by the marketplace, you must contact both the seller and our Brand and Creator Assistance Team.

  • Do make sure your PayPal email is connected to your account. PayPal is the only option we have at the moment.

  • Do report and contact our Brand and Creator Assistance Team if you have any issues regarding your payouts.

  • Do upload content where you can be seen, brands are hiring you and want to see you featuring their products.

  • Do contact our Brand and Creator Assistancet Team ASAP if you believe there is an issue with any of your jobs.

  • Do contact our Brand and Creator Assistance Team if you have any questions, doubts, or issues, they will be happy to assist you.

Don'ts

  • Don't purchase a product if there's a price discrepancy between the job and the product listing, contact our Brand and Creator Assistance Team so they can review this job and be fixed as soon as possible.

  • Don’t forget to contact the Brand directly through the chat in case you have any issues with your order or product.

  • Don't forget to notify the Brand when your purchased product is being refunded, returned, or canceled to decline your job.

  • Don't ask for a refund after your job has been completed and the payout has been sent.

  • Don't create more than one account to use our service. Only one account per person can be created and used actively.

  • Don't post other people's content or use another person on the content as you must be the one featuring the content.

  • You will not be able to use our service if you are not a US, Canada, Australia, Germany, or UK Resident.

  • Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in cancellation/restriction/suspension of your Account and/or forfeiture of pending or prior jobs.

  • We reserve the right to modify the rules above at any time without any prior notice that needs to be given!
