Smart Apply is a powerful automation feature for creators on JoinBrands. Once enabled, our system will automatically submit job applications on your behalf whenever matching opportunities become available — based on filters you set in advance.

⚙️ How Smart Apply Works
Once Smart Apply is enabled, JoinBrands will scan available jobs and automatically apply to any that match your preset filters — whether you're logged in or not.
You don't need to be online for applications to go out. Our system handles it for you in the background.
📓 Important: To keep Smart Apply active, you must log in to your JoinBrands account at least once every 7 days. If you go longer than 7 days without logging in, Smart Apply will pause until your next login.
🛠️ Setting Up Smart Apply

To get started:
Log in to your JoinBrands account on desktop
Navigate to your Settings or Marketplace preferences
Set your filters for the types of jobs you want to apply to automatically
Enable Smart Apply
Once active, the system will begin applying to matching jobs on your behalf.
🎯 Filter Options
Smart Apply uses your preset filters to determine which jobs to apply to. You can customize filters such as:
Job type (UGC, TikTok Shop, Social Posting, etc.)
Product niche or category
Earnings range
Campaign type
📓 The more specific your filters, the more targeted your automatic applications will be.
📱 Mobile Version
Smart Apply is currently available on desktop only. The mobile version is in development and will be released as soon as it receives approval from the app stores.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still apply manually while Smart Apply is on?
Yes. Smart Apply runs in the background and doesn't prevent you from applying to jobs manually at any time.
What happens if I don't log in for more than 7 days?
Smart Apply will automatically pause. Simply log back in to reactivate it.
Will I be notified when Smart Apply submits an application?
You'll be able to see all applications in your Jobs tab as usual.
Important Notes
⚠️ Smart Apply submits applications based on your filters — it does not guarantee acceptance. Brands still review and approve applicants as normal.
⚠️ You remain responsible for any jobs you are accepted into through Smart Apply. Make sure your filters reflect job types you're actually able to fulfill.
