🚀 Level 2 Creators: Unlock Creator PRO
If you're a Level 2 creator on JoinBrands, joining the Academy unlocks Creator PRO in the JoinBrands app at no extra cost — as long as you join the Academy with the same email address you use for your JoinBrands account. That includes:

⚠️ Important: your two emails must match. We link your Academy membership to your JoinBrands account by email address. If the email on your Skool (Academy) account is not exactly the same as the email on your JoinBrands account, Creator PRO will not activate — and you won't see an error message telling you why. You'll simply be paying for the Academy without getting the PRO benefits.

⚠️ Sign up using the same email address as your JoinBrands account — that's what unlocks Creator PRO for Level 2 creators.
🆘 PRO Didn't Unlock? Check Your Email Address
You're a Level 2 creator, you joined the Academy, you're being billed — but Creator PRO still isn't showing in the JoinBrands app. In almost every case, this is an email mismatch.
Creator PRO is granted by matching your Academy (Skool) email to your JoinBrands email. If the two addresses are different, the match fails silently: nothing unlocks, and no error is shown.
🔧 How to fix it — 3 steps
1. Check the email on your JoinBrands account (account settings → profile).
2. Check the email on your Skool account (the address you used to start your Academy trial).
3. If they're different, change one of them so both accounts use the same email address — either update your Skool email to your JoinBrands email, or update your JoinBrands email to your Skool email. Then log out of JoinBrands and log back in.
💬 Still no PRO? Contact JoinBrands Support and include both email addresses — the one on your JoinBrands account and the one on your Academy/Skool membership — plus the date you joined the Academy. We'll match the accounts manually and make sure you aren't left paying for a membership without the PRO benefits.
Note: Creator PRO only unlocks for Level 2 creators and above with an active Academy membership. If you're still Level 1, or your membership has lapsed or been cancelled, matching emails won't unlock PRO on its own. See the Creator Academy page for current membership details.
