📋 Requirements
To level up from Level 1 to Level 2, you must:
💪 Complete 5 video, social, or live jobs
📓 Image-only jobs do not count toward Creator Level progression.
✅ Have at least 1 completed job within the last 12 months
✅ Maintain an average rating of 4.0 stars or higher ⭐
📅 This is a rolling 12-month period counted from today, not the previous calendar year.
📊 The rating average is calculated only from your eligible video, social, and live jobs. Unrated jobs are ignored and do not count against you — but at least one of your 5 qualifying jobs must have a rating for the average to be calculated.
Example #1: If you have 4 jobs with no rating and 1 job rated 4.0 ⭐, the conditions are met. ✅
Example #2: If you have 2 rated jobs (one 3.0 ⭐ and one 4.0 ⭐) and 3 unrated jobs, the average is 3.5 ⭐ — this does not meet the requirement. ❌

💬 How are ratings calculated?
Only ratings from eligible job types count toward your Creator Level rating average.
⭐ Only ratings from video, social, and live jobs are included in the calculation
❌ Ratings from image-only jobs are not included
📅 Only reviews from the last 12 months are counted
👍 Unrated jobs do not negatively affect your average and are not included in the calculation
To qualify for a level, you must complete the required number of eligible jobs and maintain the required average rating across any written reviews received in the last 12 months.
At least one of those jobs must have a written review — the average cannot be calculated from zero rated reviews.
For Level 2: 5 eligible jobs completed + average rating of 4.0 ⭐ or higher (with at least 1 written review)
For Level 3: 30 eligible jobs completed + average rating of 4.3 ⭐ or higher (with at least 1 written review)
⏳ Once you've met all requirements, your account may take up to 7 business days to update automatically.
⚠️ Maintaining Your Creator Level
Creator Levels are not permanent.
To maintain your current level, you must continue meeting the requirements associated with that level. Because ratings are calculated using a rolling 12-month period, your level may change if your qualifying reviews or completed jobs no longer meet the required thresholds.
⭐ Why didn't a completed job affect my rating average?
Only video jobs with ratings are accounted for to your eligibilty to level up. You can still have a high average rating but still not be eligible for leveling up if you're average video reviews are below the requirement.
Star-only ratings and unrated jobs may still appear on your profile, but they are not included in the average used for level progression.
🔄 What should I do if my level hasn't updated after 7 business days?
Before contacting Support, please verify that:
Your completed jobs are eligible job types (video, social, or live)
You have met the required completed-job threshold
Your qualifying reviews meet the required average rating
The reviews were submitted within the last 12 months
If everything appears correct and your level still hasn't updated after 7 business days, please contact Support.
🎬 Can I level up while working on active jobs?
Yes. Level changes do not affect the status of jobs already in progress and will automatically apply to future opportunities once the upgrade is processed.
🔧 Troubleshooting Common Issues
💼 Job Type Eligibility
If your level has not increased as expected, make sure your completed jobs are eligible. Only video, social, and live jobs count toward Creator Level progression. Image-only jobs are excluded.
📰 Missing Reviews
Only reviews that include written feedback count toward your Creator Level rating average. If a brand has not left a review yet, that job simply won't be included in the rating calculation.
🕐 Processing Time
After meeting all requirements, please allow up to 7 business days for the system to process your level update. If your level has not changed after that timeframe, contact Support and we'll be happy to investigate. 😊
