Level 2 Creator
Here are the requirements you need to meet to level up your account from Level 1 to Level 2:
Complete a total of 5 video, social, or live jobs (image jobs do not apply).
Have at least 1 completed job within the last 12 months (This is a rolling 12-month period counted from today, not the previous calendar year.)
Maintain an average rating of 4.0 stars or higher ⭐
Only rated jobs completed within the last 12 months are included in the average.
Unrated jobs do not negatively impact your rating and are not counted in the calculation.
Only reviews with written feedback are considered when calculating the average rating.
📓 Note: Not all 5 completed jobs need to be rated. As long as you have 5 completed jobs total and your rated jobs average 4.0 stars or higher, you are eligible to level up.
Once you've completed these requirements, you'll be ready to become a Level 2 creator account!

Level 2 Creator Perks
As a Level 2 Creator, you'll be able to pick 10 regular jobs + infinite free product+$5.00 jobs at the same time!
Your earnings per image for level 2 jobs are +50%
Your earnings per video for level 2 jobs are +50%

Level 3 Creator
Here are the requirements you need to meet to level up your account from Level 2 to Level 3:
Complete a total of 30 video, social, or live jobs (image jobs do not apply).
Have at least 5 completed jobs within the last 12 months (This is a rolling 12-month period counted from today, not the previous calendar year.)
Maintain an average rating of 4.3 stars or higher ⭐
Only rated jobs completed within the last 12 months are included in the average.
Unrated jobs do not negatively impact your rating and are not counted in the calculation.
📓 Note: Not all completed jobs need to be rated. As long as you meet the total completed job requirement and your rated jobs average 4.3 stars or higher, you are eligible to level up.

How long does it take to level up after meeting the requirements?
Once all requirements are met, the system processes the level upgrade automatically within 7 business days.
Do image jobs count toward leveling up?
No, only video, social, or live jobs count toward leveling up. Image-only jobs, such as selfies with products, are not eligible.
What should I do if my level hasn’t updated after 7 business days?
Verify that your completed jobs are qualifying jobs and have been rated by the brand. If ratings are missing, request the brand to review your work. If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.
Can I level up during an ongoing job?
Leveling up during an ongoing job does not affect the job’s status. Retainer campaigns must be created by the brand and are not influenced by your level change.

Job Type Eligibility:
Ensure that the jobs you completed are qualifying jobs (video, social, or live). Image-only jobs do not count.
Brand Ratings:
