You can delete your JoinBrands account at any time directly from your account settings. The process now includes an email verification step, so we can confirm it's really you before removing your data. Here's what to expect and how to do it.
π‘ Before You Delete Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all of your information β including your portfolio, content library, reviews, wallet balance, and job history β will be removed from JoinBrands.

Before starting, make sure you've:
Completed (or cancelled) any active jobs or campaigns
Withdrawn any remaining earnings from your wallet
Saved anything from your portfolio-content library you'd like to keep
π How to Delete Your Account
Open your Account settings. Log in to JoinBrands and go to the Account tab in the left sidebar.
Scroll to the "Delete account" section. At the bottom of the Account page, you'll see a section called Delete account with a red Delete account button.
Click "Delete account". A confirmation window will appear explaining that account deletion requires email verification.
Send the verification email. Click Send verification email. We'll send a verification code to the email address associated with your account. The code expires in 15 minutes.
Enter the verification code. Check your inbox, copy the code, and paste it into the Verification code field.
Confirm deletion. Click Yes, delete my account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
β οΈ What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your profile is removed β you'll no longer appear in the creator marketplace or your campaigns to the creators.
Your portfolio and reviews are deleted β these cannot be recovered later.
Pending payments are forfeited β always withdraw your wallet balance before deleting.
Active jobs are cancelled β any work you haven't completed will be closed out.
You cannot recover the same account β if you want to return, you'll need to sign up with a new account.
