🛠️ How to Set It Up (Step-by-Step)
Step 1:
Go to the Integrations Tab in your Account & Click Authorise New Shop:
Step 2:
There will be a pop-up window where you can enter the name of your TikTok Shop!
⚠️ Important: When connecting your TikTok Shop, enter the exact name of your shop as registered in TikTok Shop. This ensures a smooth authorization process and prevents connection errors.
Note: You can invite clients to connect their TikTok Shop (TTS) accounts to JoinBrands using a unique connection link. Once a client successfully connects their account, it will automatically appear in your JoinBrands account within moments, allowing you to create and manage campaigns on their behalf.
Step 3:
You will be taken to TikTok Seller Shop page - Partner Center Access where you can confirm the following information is correct & confirm the partnership with JoinBrands:

1-year Subscription Duration
Email Address
Phone Number
Step 4:
The next step is to complete the authorisation:

And - You have successfully integrated your TikTok Shop with JoinBrands! ✨
If you go back to your JoinBrands account you will see the following message saying that your TikTok Shop is successfully integrated!
📊 Your first data pull starts right away: as soon as your shop connects, JoinBrands starts pulling your shop data. Until the first pull finishes, your TikTok Creator Engine pages show a "We're still pulling your shop data" banner and n/a in place of figures. This usually takes a few hours.
⏳ Verification Timeframe: Verification typically takes 1–2 business days.
🔐 Extra Security Step:
As part of our verification process, the JoinBrands Assistance Team may reach out to the email associated with your TikTok Shop to confirm your account.
This is an added layer of security to protect your brand and ensure a smooth integration.
NOTE:
If the “Action” column under the Integration tab says “Authorize”, it means the connection wasn’t completed successfully.
But no worries: You can follow the screenshots above to complete the process. You’re almost there!
🤝 TAP and VIP on Your Integration Page
Your TikTok Shop integration page (Settings → Integrations → TikTok Shop) lists each connected shop along with its integration options. From here you can:
Connect with JoinBrands' TAP account: JoinBrands is a TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP). Click the TAP column next to your shop to open the TAP setup, create a TAP campaign and assign the products you want creators in our network to promote.
Enroll in the VIP program: click the VIP column to sign the authorization that names JoinBrands as your TikTok Shop service provider. VIP is TikTok's partnership tier that unlocks higher commission rates and dedicated creator pools.
📋 Good to know: JoinBrands reviews each product you assign to your TAP campaign. If a product needs attention, for example because its commission or sample quantity is too low, you'll see it flagged on the integration page so you can fix it.
⚠️ Important to Note:
You can connect more than one TikTok Shop to your JoinBrands account. Each connected shop is listed separately, and its products, orders, videos and agents are tracked per shop.
Please make sure you connect the correct shop before proceeding with the connection.

📋 Note: Once your TikTok Shop is integrated, JoinBrands will automatically sync TikTok Shop order statuses for creator jobs. Delivered orders automatically advance jobs to "Product Received," and cancelled orders trigger automatic job cancellation with funds returned to the brand's wallet.
