🛠️ How to Set It Up (Step-by-Step)
Step 1:
Go to the Integrations Tab in your Account & Click Authorise New Shop:
Step 2:
There will be a pop-up window where you can enter the name of your TikTok Shop!
⚠️ Important: When connecting your TikTok Shop, enter the exact name of your shop as registered in TikTok Shop. This ensures a smooth authorization process and prevents connection errors.
Step 3:
You will be taken to TikTok Seller Shop page - Partner Center Access where you can confirm the following information is correct & confirm the partnership with JoinBrands:
Authorised Shop
1-year Subscription Duration
Email Address
Phone Number
Step 4:
The next step is to complete the authorisation:
Step 5:
And - You have successfully integrated your TikTok Shop with JoinBrands! ✨
If you go back to your JoinBrands account you will see the following message saying that your TikTok Shop is successfully integrated!
⏳ Verification Timeframe: Verification typically takes 1–2 business days.
🔐 Extra Security Step:
As part of our verification process, the JoinBrands Assistance Team may reach out to the email associated with your TikTok Shop to confirm your account.
This is an added layer of security to protect your brand and ensure a smooth integration.
NOTE:
If the “Action” column under the Integration tab says “Authorize”, it means the connection wasn’t completed successfully. See the screenshot:
