🪙 What Is the Promo Wallet?
The Promo Wallet is a special wallet that's automatically topped up with bonus coins every subscription cycle. The amount depends on your plan:
Start-up Plan — 30 coins per cycle
Brand Plan — 90 coins per cycle
Agency Plan — 150 coins per cycle
Want more coins per cycle? Head to your Subscription Settings to view or upgrade your plan.
💡 Pro Tip: these coins can be spent like cash on JoinBrands purchases — making your subscription even more valuable.
📍 Where to Find Your Promo Wallet
Locating your Promo Wallet only takes a second:
Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
Your Promo Wallet balance shows up right alongside your other wallet balances — easy to spot anytime. 👀
💳 How Payments Work
When you make a purchase on JoinBrands, the system automatically uses your funds in this order:
Promo Wallet first
Then your regular Wallet
Finally, your credit card
This happens automatically — you can't pick a different source manually. It just makes sure you get the most out of your bonus coins before tapping into your other funds. ✨
↩️ Refunds and the Promo Wallet
If something gets refunded that you originally paid with Promo Wallet coins, the refund goes back into your Promo Wallet using the exchange rate from the day of the refund. A couple of things to know:
The refund amount may differ slightly from the original payment because of currency conversion.
If your subscription is no longer active or has been cancelled, refunds will not be returned to your Promo Wallet.
📅 Subscription Status & Promo Wallet Funds
Promo Wallet funds are tied to your active subscription. Here's what to keep in mind:
If your subscription ends, any remaining Promo Wallet coins will be removed.
Refunds for jobs paid with Promo Wallet coins will still go back to the Promo Wallet, even if your subscription has ended — provided your account is still active.
