Getting your payment method set up on JoinBrands is quick and flexible β you have a few different ways to pay, and you can mix and match them as your campaigns grow. Here's how each option works and how to manage your payments from start to finish.
π³ Your Payment Options
There are three ways to pay for campaigns on JoinBrands.
Wallet
Your main JoinBrands wallet. Top it up once and use those funds to cover as many campaigns as you want. When you create a campaign, your Wallet is charged automatically if it has enough funds to cover the full amount.

You can top up your Wallet using a wire transfer, ACH transfer, or a credit card (a 3% processing fee applies to card top-ups). For the full step-by-step, check out our guide on how to top up your Wallet.
Promo Wallet
Any promotional credits, bonuses, or rewards you've earned live in your Promo Wallet. By default, these are used first β before any other payment method.
Card
A credit or debit card linked to your account. If your Wallet doesn't have enough funds to cover the full campaign cost, your card is charged for the entire amount instead.
β οΈ Important: You must always have sufficient funds in your Card to cover any Upsells for your Campaign.
π How Charges Work
By default, JoinBrands charges your payment methods in this order:
Promo Wallet first β any available promo credits are applied.
Wallet next β if your Wallet has enough funds to cover the rest of the campaign cost, it's charged.
Card β if your Wallet doesn't have enough to cover everything, your card is charged for the full amount instead.
Changing your payment method
If you have a campaign already running, but you wish to change your payment method to a different card, you can do so by entering your campaign details section, clicking on the three dot option and selecting Change payment method.
