Due to the unique nature and structure of Blast Campaigns, these are also non-refundable. We're committed to ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of campaign services β€” but once a Blast Campaign is launched, any charges related to it are final.

For regular campaigns, you have the option to cancel jobs if necessary once the job enters Late Status.

If you cancel a job within a regular campaign, you'll be eligible for a refund on that specific job:

  • βœ… Eligibility β€” only jobs canceled directly by you qualify for a refund.

  • πŸ’Έ Refund destination β€” the refunded amount is credited back to your account.

  • ⏱️ Processing time β€” refunds typically take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement.
