💳 1. Subscription Plans
All subscription plans purchased on JoinBrands are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, the associated charges are final.
📓 Tip: Carefully select the plan that best suits your needs before purchasing. You can review and manage your plan options in your Subscription Settings.
💥 2. Blast Campaigns
Due to the unique nature and structure of Blast Campaigns, these are also non-refundable. We're committed to ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of campaign services — but once a Blast Campaign is launched, any charges related to it are final.
🔄 3. Regular Campaigns
For regular campaigns, you have the option to cancel jobs if necessary once the job enters Late Status.
If you cancel a job within a regular campaign, you'll be eligible for a refund on that specific job:
✅ Eligibility — only jobs canceled directly by you qualify for a refund.
💸 Refund destination — the refunded amount is credited back to your account.
⏱️ Processing time — refunds typically take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement.
📓 Note: If your refund takes longer than 10 days to appear, please contact your bank for assistance.
✨ 4. Extra Content
All extra content purchases are non-refundable. We encourage you to thoroughly review any extra content before completing your purchase to make sure it meets your needs and expectations.
