At JoinBrands, we value transparency and strive to provide our clients with clear guidelines on our refund policy. Please review the following details to understand our approach to refunds for different services:

1. Subscription Plans

All subscription plans purchased on JoinBrands are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, the associated charges are final. We encourage brands to carefully select the plan that best suits their needs before purchasing.

2. Blast Campaigns

Due to the unique nature and structure of Blast Campaigns, these are also non-refundable. We are committed to ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of campaign services. However, any charges related to Blast Campaigns are final once they are launched.

3. Regular Campaigns

For regular campaigns, you have the option to cancel jobs if necessary once the job enters Late Status. In the event that a job within a regular campaign is canceled by the you, you will be eligible for a refund for that specific job. Please note that only jobs canceled directly by you will qualify for a refund, and the refunded amount will be credited back to your account.

4. Extra Content

When purchasing extra content, please be aware that all such purchases are non-refundable. We encourage you to thoroughly review any extra content before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
