Welcome aboard! 🎉 If you've been invited to join a brand's team on JoinBrands as a Collaborator, you'll receive an invite link via email. Open the email and click the link to head to the signup page — that's where your journey starts.
⚠️ Important: Always sign up using the invite link from your email. If you go to JoinBrands directly and create an account from scratch, you'll end up with a separate account that isn't linked to the brand's team.
🚀 Creating Your Collaborator Account
Once you click the invite link, you'll land on the signup page. From there, simply enter your email address and choose a password to create your account.
⚠️ Heads up: Don't use Sign up with Google or Sign up with Apple — you must enter your email manually so your account links correctly to the brand's team.
Once you're signed up, you'll have access to the brand's dashboard with all the features available to Collaborators. 🙌
