💸 Withdrawing your funds from your JoinBrands wallet is quick and simple. The first time you withdraw, you'll need to connect your PayPal account through Withdraw options — after that, withdrawals are just a couple of clicks away.
🆕 What's new: Instead of typing in a PayPal email, you'll now click Connect PayPal and log in to your PayPal account directly — similar to signing in with Google or Instagram. This helps us keep your payouts secure and prevent fraud.
🔧 Step 1: Connect Your PayPal Account (First-Time Only)
Before you can withdraw for the first time, you'll need to connect your PayPal account. This is a one-time setup.
Open your Wallet. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and select Wallet from the menu.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the Top up and Wire/ACH buttons in your Company wallet.
3. Select Withdraw options. You'll see a Connect PayPal button on the Payout method page.
4. Click Connect PayPal. A PayPal login window will open — sign in to the PayPal account you want to use for payouts and authorize JoinBrands to connect.
5. You're connected! Once authorization is complete, your PayPal account is linked and ready for withdrawals. ✅
🚀 Step 2: Withdraw Your Funds
Once your PayPal account is connected, withdrawing is easy:
Open your Wallet and click the three-dot menu (⋯).
Select Withdraw. A pop-up will appear asking how much you'd like to withdraw.
Enter the amount and confirm. You'll see a confirmation notice at the top of the screen showing the amount that was withdrawn. ✅
📓 Good to Know
⚠️ Minimum withdrawal: $10.00.
🔐 One PayPal account per JoinBrands account. A single PayPal account can no longer be connected to multiple JoinBrands accounts.
💳 Withdrawals are processed via PayPal, so make sure the account you connect is the one you want your funds sent to.
⏱️ PayPal payouts can take up to 7 business days to land in your account, and processing times can vary.
🔁 You can disconnect and reconnect a different PayPal account anytime by going back to Withdraw options.
