Welcome to your My Campaigns tab, your command center for tracking, managing, and scaling every UGC and influencer campaign you run on JoinBrands.
From one dashboard you can monitor statuses, follow creator progress, review content performance, dig into TikTok Shop metrics, and approve or manage every job in real time. This guide walks you through each part of the dashboard. 🚀

📊 1. Your Campaign Overview
The My Campaigns tab lists all of your campaigns in one place, so you always have full visibility into what's happening at every step. Each campaign shows its current status at a glance (Active, Paused, Completed, or Pending approval), so you can quickly see what needs your attention.
Applicants: the Creators column shows how many creators are waiting for your approval on each campaign (it's hidden when there are none). Click the number to jump straight to that campaign's applicant list.
Posted vs. Completed: for social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop, YouTube and Amazon), the third creator stat is labeled Posted, because the creator has posted the content. Content-only campaigns (images and videos) keep the Completed label. The count works the same way for both.
🔎 2. Filtering Your Campaigns
As your account grows, filters help you find the right campaign fast. You can filter by brand, product type, and creator status to narrow the list down to exactly what you're looking for.
👥 3. Managing Creators
Open a campaign to see every creator involved. From here you can review all creator applications, browse AI-matched creators recommended for your campaign, and invite new creators to join. It's the easiest way to build the right roster for each product.
🧭 The Campaign Sidebar
The sidebar on each campaign's detail page walks you through your campaign step by step, so you can see at a glance where things stand and where they might be stuck:
Campaign status and a progress bar showing how much content has been delivered, is in progress, or hasn't started yet.
Creators: how many creators you requested, who applied, who was approved or invited, and who accepted. Use Add more to request more creators, Approve to review applicants and Invite More to invite creators.
Posts: content that is in progress, pending your review, completed, posted or canceled, plus any extra content from repeat creators.
Statistics: creators engaged, content in process and delivered, views and likes. For TikTok Shop campaigns you'll also see purchases and total GMV.
Click any card to jump straight to the matching list.
💬 4. Chatting with Creators
You can message creators directly inside your dashboard, no need to leave the platform. Use the built-in chat to share direction, answer questions, and keep every job moving smoothly. See How can I chat with my creator? for everything you can do in chat.
📈 5. Reviewing Content Performance
For every piece of content posted on Instagram or TikTok you can track key engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, and shares) alongside overall job progress. This gives you a clear read on how each creator's content is performing.
🛒 6. Tracking TikTok Shop Posts
If you're running TikTok Shop campaigns, the dashboard tracks your TikTok Shop posts, spark codes, timestamps, and post metrics, everything you need to keep tabs on live content and attribution.
📉 7. Advanced TikTok Analytics
Go deeper with advanced TikTok analytics built for performance marketers. Review the 2-second and 6-second view rates, average view time, and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) to understand not just how many people watched, but how well each video converted.
🏆 8. Finding Your Winners
Sort videos by performance to instantly surface your top performers. Once you know which content is winning, you can double down and scale the campaigns that are driving results.
📤 9. Exporting Campaign Data
Need to report outside the platform? Export your campaign data via CSV with a single click and share it with your team or drop it into your own reporting.
📸 Instagram campaigns too: the Instagram Reels tab has a Download all data (csv) button, the same as TikTok campaigns. Each posted Reel is exported with the creator's name and Instagram account details, views, likes, comments, engagement rate, whitelisting code, post link (flagged if the post is no longer live) and when its stats were last checked.
🔬 10. Video-Level Analytics & Insights
Click into any video for detailed, video-level analytics (including audience demographics and TikTok One insights) to understand exactly who your content is reaching.
