Need to chat with one of your creators? Open your campaign and head to the Details section — there you'll find a Chat button next to each creator that lets you message them directly. 💬
📓 Heads up: you'll need to start the chat from the campaign Details the first time you reach out to a creator. 😃
🌟 Pro-tip: once you've started a conversation, you can quickly come back to it by clicking the message icon in the top-right corner of your screen — that'll take you straight to your Resolution Center with all your active chats.
📓 Good to know: tap the creator's profile picture inside the chat to jump to their portfolio and see all their info. A green dot next to their photo means they're online right now. 🟢
