Get in contact with your creators by going to the Details section of your campaign. Here you will find a section named Chat, with this button, you will be able to get in contact with your creator.
📓 Note: Keep in mind that you must do this process each time you would like to get in contact with a creator. 😃
🌟 Pro-tip: Once you have started a conversation with your creators and you would like to get in contact again, you can click on the message icon located in the right top corner of your screen to go to your Resolution Center!
📓 Note: If you click on the profile picture of the Creator while in the chat, it will redirect you to their portfolio, where you can check all the creator's information. And if you see a green dot next to their profile picture, it means they are currently online.
