💰 Wondering what you'll see in the campaign builder for Price per job, and how low you can go? Here's the full picture — what's pre-filled by default, the floor for each job type, and how creator level affects what each creator earns. Pricing applies to Classic (pay-per-job) campaigns; Blast and Retainer campaigns work differently (links at the bottom).
📊 Default price per job (what the builder pre-fills)
When you start a new campaign and pick your content type, the Price per job field is pre-filled with this default in your marketplace's currency. You can keep the default or lower it down to the floor (next section).
📓 Heads up: The five marketplaces use five different currencies — US = USD, CA = CAD, UK = GBP, AU = AUD, DE/EU = EUR. The numeric values are similar but they are not the same currency. Your campaign builder shows prices in your marketplace's currency.

🔻 Minimum price per job (the floor)
You can lower the default down to the floor below, but no lower. The rule is simple:
📓 Floor formula: the minimum is min(default, $50) in your marketplace's currency. If the job type's default is already lower than $50 (like images), the default is the floor.

💡 Why a minimum exists
Floors keep job pricing fair for creators and competitive enough to actually attract applicants. Higher rates attract higher-performing creators, but the floor guarantees a baseline so creators aren't asked to work below market rate.
🎚️ Creator level multipliers — which jobs ladder, which don't
Some job types pay more to higher-level creators automatically. Others pay the same rate to every creator regardless of level. Knowing which is which helps you set realistic expectations for what each creator on your campaign actually earns.
Basic UGC video (How-to, Unboxing, Product Review, Product Demo) — Level 2 +50% · Level 3 +100%
Newer UGC video (Green Screen, B-Roll, Custom Video) — Level 2 +50% · Level 3 +150%
All image jobs (4 photo categories) — Level 2 +30% · Level 3 +60%
Social-platform jobs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Amazon, TikTok Shop, TikTok Shop Live) — No level adjustment. Level 1, 2, and 3 creators all earn the same on these jobs.
YouTube full-length — flat across levels (minor variation may show up due to rounding in the seed data).
💡 Worked example: A Level 3 creator on a US How-to UGC video set at the $60 default earns US$120 (base × 2.00). The same Level 3 creator on a US TikTok job set at the $50 minimum earns US$50 — TikTok doesn't ladder by level. After the standard 20% platform fee (or 15% for Creator Pro), those amounts net to the creator's wallet.
⏱️ Video duration adjusts the price further
For UGC video jobs, longer videos cost more. The campaign builder recalculates the price automatically when you pick a longer duration.
Example (How-to video): baseline 15s, 30s +10%, 60s +20%, 180s+ +50%.
📦 Blast and Retainer campaigns work differently
The defaults and minimums above are for Classic (pay-per-job) campaigns only.
💥 Blast / Social Blast (bundle pricing)
Flat-fee packs of 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 jobs at a steep per-job discount. For the full breakdown, see Blast Campaigns.
🔁 Retainer (recurring)
Ongoing schedule with cadence-based cycle floors. For setup steps, cadence-based pricing tiers, and billing details, see Brands: How to create a Retainer campaign.
💳 Don't confuse price per job with platform fee
The Price per job is what the creator earns before the platform fee. On top of that, you pay a platform fee on every completed job, which varies by your subscription plan:
Max (formerly Agency): 8%
Pro (formerly Brand): 10%
Start-up: 12%
No plan (Pay-as-you-go): 15%
For more on platform fees and plan benefits, see Brands: Finding the Perfect Subscription Plan.
