Creators: Delivery Badges — How Your Speed Earns You More Jobs

Learn how delivery badges work, what it takes to earn them, and why delivering content on time — or faster — helps you get selected for more campaigns.

Written by Josh

Your delivery speed is now visible to brands. When they browse the JoinBrands Creators Marketplace, your profile card may show a delivery badge that tells them exactly how fast you get content done. Getting (and keeping) a badge is one of the easiest ways to stand out and win more jobs. ⏱️

🏷️ What Are Delivery Badges?

Delivery badges appear on your profile card in the Creators Marketplace. They show brands how quickly you submit content compared to the platform average — based on your completed jobs in the last 90 days. Badges are recalculated daily, so your track record is always current.

There are two badges you can earn:

⚡ Lightning Fast

You deliver content in half the typical time or less compared to the platform average. This is the highest delivery badge and signals to brands that you're the go-to creator when speed matters. Brands running time-sensitive campaigns actively look for Lightning Fast creators. 🚀

⌚ On-Time Performer

You reliably meet your deadlines, delivering at or below the platform average. Brands can brief you with confidence knowing your content will arrive when expected.

✅ No badge Means you either have fewer than 5 completed jobs in the last 90 days, or your average delivery time is currently above the platform average. There's no "Slow" or "Late" label — you simply won't show a badge until you qualify. Keep completing jobs on time and you'll get there.

📓 Good to Know

Badges are calculated per job type. If you qualify across multiple job types, your profile will show the best badge you've earned. You need a minimum of 5 completed jobs in the last 90 days to qualify for any badge.

💡 Why This Matters for You

Brands choose creators — they don't just approve applicants. When a brand is comparing profiles, a delivery badge is a visible, trust-building signal that you're professional and reliable. It can be the deciding factor between you and another creator with a similar following.

Here's what's at stake:

  • More invitations. Brands browsing the marketplace can filter and prioritise creators with strong signals. A badge puts you ahead.

  • Better campaign fit. Time-sensitive campaigns (product launches, seasonal promotions, flash sales) specifically require fast creators. Without a badge, you may simply not be considered.

  • Stronger reputation. Delivery speed feeds into your overall creator profile alongside your ratings, GMV level, and platform reach — giving brands a complete picture of what it's like to work with you.

✅ How to Earn (and Keep) Your Badge

Getting a delivery badge comes down to one thing: submitting your content well within the job deadline, consistently.

A few practical tips:

  • Start early. As soon as a job is confirmed, begin planning your content. Don't wait until the last few days of your submission window.

  • Read the brief thoroughly upfront. Revision requests and back-and-forth slow everything down. Getting it right the first time keeps your average delivery time low.

  • Treat every job as an opportunity. Each completed job contributes to your 90-day average. Five solid jobs can unlock your first badge.

  • Stay consistent. Badges are recalculated daily. A streak of late submissions can cost you your badge just as quickly as you earned it.

📍 Where Brands See Your Badge

Your delivery badge appears on your profile card everywhere brands encounter you on the platform — in the Creators Marketplace, when reviewing applicants, and when searching for creators to invite to campaigns. It's always visible, and it's always up to date.

Delivering on time isn't just about meeting a deadline — it's how you build a reputation that keeps brands coming back. 🎯
