Finding the right creator for your campaign is only half the battle β knowing they'll deliver content on time is just as important. That's why we've introduced delivery badges on the Creators Marketplace, so you can see at a glance which creators are reliable on speed. β±οΈ
π·οΈ What Are Delivery Badges?
Delivery badges appear directly on each creator's profile card. They reflect how quickly a creator submits content compared to the platform average β based on their completed jobs in the last 90 days. Badges are recalculated daily so the info you see is always up to date.
β‘ Lightning Fast
This creator delivers content in half the typical time or less compared to the platform average. If you're running a time-sensitive campaign or need to move quickly, Lightning Fast creators are your best bet. π
β On-Time Performer
This creator reliably meets their deadlines, delivering at or below the platform average speed. Brief them with confidence β your content will arrive when expected. β
No Badge β this means the creator either has fewer than 5 completed jobs in the last 90 days, or their average delivery time is above the platform average. There's no "Slow" or "Late" badge β creators who don't qualify simply show no badge. Worth keeping in mind: a missing badge isn't a red flag, just a sign there isn't enough data yet (or that they're still working on their delivery speed).
π Good to know: Badges are calculated per job type. If a creator qualifies across multiple job types, we display the best badge they've earned. A minimum of 5 completed jobs in the last 90 days is required to qualify for any badge.
π‘ Why This Matters for Brands
When you're managing multiple creators across a campaign, late content can create real problems β missed posting windows, delayed launches, and extra back-and-forth chasing updates. Delivery badges take the guesswork out by surfacing each creator's track record upfront.
Whether you're running an always-on content strategy or a time-bound promotion, having this info upfront means you can match the right creators to the right campaigns from the very start. β¨
π Where You'll See Delivery Badges
Delivery badges are visible wherever a creator's profile appears on the platform β whether you're browsing the Creators Marketplace, reviewing applicants in your campaign, or searching for creators to invite. The badge will always be on their profile card.
β
Pair this with their other signals β GMV level, ratings, platform reach, and pitch video β and you've got a complete picture of whether they're the right fit for your campaign. π―
