Brands: Multi-Jobs for Social Campaigns

How Multi-Jobs and performance bonuses work.

Written by Anastasija

🚀 Multi-Jobs let brands work with one creator across multiple videos in a single social campaign. Here's how they work.

🎬 Multi-Jobs for Social Campaigns

Brands can request multiple videos per creator across all social jobs, allowing for longer-term creator collaborations inside a single campaign workflow.

🌟 Example: A brand can request 10 videos from a single creator within one campaign, with no need to create a new campaign or hire the creator again.

Setting it up

When you create a social campaign, you'll see a Content volume settings section. Here's what's inside:

  • Allow multiple content pieces per creator: toggle this on to enable Multi-Jobs.

  • Max additional jobs per creator: set how many extra videos each creator can submit after their first (e.g., 5 additional jobs = 6 videos total).

  • Price for each additional job: set the rate you'll pay for every video after the first one.

📓 Note: The cost breakdown on the right side of your screen updates live to show your Job #1 cost, the cost for each additional job, and the total cost per creator.

How the flow works

  1. First video submission: the creator uploads their first video. You review it and approve it like any regular job.

  2. Creator approval for additional jobs: after approving the first video, you decide whether you want to keep working with that creator. If you approve them, the next job is automatically generated.

  3. Automatic job progression: from the second video onward, your approval is not required for every upload. Once the creator uploads a video, the next job is automatically created. This repeats until the requested number of videos is completed.

💡 Heads up: There's a small processing delay when generating new jobs, so creation isn't instantaneous. Give it a minute or two.

📓 Running a TikTok Shop campaign? TikTok Shop campaigns require you to connect your TikTok Shop store and select a TikTok Shop product before launching. For the full walkthrough, check out our article on Creating a TikTok Shop Campaign.

⚠️ Important: You can stop working with a creator at any time. If you do, that creator simply can't continue creating jobs for that specific campaign, but they can still participate in your other campaigns normally.

"Stop after this video"

When you approve a creator's first video, you can choose to stop after this video. This ends any further videos from that creator on that campaign. When you use it, the reason is shown on the job for you and for our team, so it's always clear why no more videos are coming from that creator.

➕ Giving a Creator More Videos

Love a creator's work? You can keep the content flowing by raising the number of follow-up jobs that creator can do on your multi-job campaign.

  1. Open your chat with the creator and click Hire Again.

  2. Choose Same Campaign.

  3. On a multi-job campaign, a step opens where you set the new number of follow-up jobs for that creator.

The creator's next video then starts automatically at the campaign's follow-up rate. Rehired jobs count as the creator's next job on the campaign, not as their first.

📓 Note: The new number has to be at least one more than the current one, and can't go past 1,000.

📊 Performance Bonuses with Multi-Jobs

Here's how performance bonuses work with Multi-Jobs.

Standard performance bonuses

  • Every uploaded video contributes toward the total campaign goal.

  • Metrics are combined across all videos submitted by the creator.

🌟 Example: If a campaign offers a bonus for reaching 1,000 total likes, then 5 videos with 400 likes each would qualify, because engagement is aggregated across all submitted videos.

Percentage-based bonuses

Percentage-based bonuses work a little differently:

  • The system evaluates videos individually.

  • The top-performing percentage of videos is selected for payout calculations.

Performance tracking window

📓 Note: Performance bonuses are tracked for up to 5 days after the last job is created.

📋 Quick Recap

  • Multi-Jobs: get multiple videos from a single creator in one campaign, with automatic job progression after the first approval.

  • More videos: raise a creator's follow-up job limit with Hire Again, Same Campaign (up to 1,000).

  • Performance bonuses: standard bonuses aggregate across all videos, percentage bonuses pick the top performers, and tracking runs for 5 days after the last job is created.
