🎬 Step 1: Access the AI Video Feature
📂 Go to your Campaigns and open an Image Campaign.
🖼️ Inside the campaign, locate the Content section.
✨ Under the image you want to turn into a video, click the AI Video button to get started.
⚙️ Step 2: Configure and Generate Your Video
Before generating, you'll have a couple of options to customize your video:
📐 Aspect Ratio — choose the aspect ratio that best fits where you plan to use the video (vertical for TikTok or Reels, horizontal for YouTube or web, etc.).
📝 Script — write a short script to guide the video content and messaging.
Once you're ready, click Pay and Generate AI Video to submit your request.
💰 Cost: Each AI video generation costs $5, deducted from your wallet at the time of generation.
📚 Step 3: Track Your Video in the Content Library
Your AI video won't appear inside the campaign itself. To check on its status:
📁 Navigate to the Content Library tab.
🎬 Click on AI Videos.
⏳ Your video will appear here with a Pending status while it's being created.
🔔 You'll receive a notification once your video is ready.
📥 Step 4: Download or Rerun Your Video
Once your video is ready, you have two options:
📥 Download — click the Download button to save your completed video.
🔁 Rerun — if you'd like to generate a new version, click Rerun.
⚠️ Important: Each rerun is treated as a brand-new generation and will cost an additional $5, deducted from your wallet. Promo Wallet funds can be used to cover this cost.
🎉 That's It — Your AI Video Is Ready to Use!
Drop your finished video into ads, product pages, or social posts — wherever you need polished motion content. If you want a different look or feel, you can always rerun the generation with a new script or aspect ratio.
