Step 1: Access the AI Video Feature
Go to your Campaigns and open an Image Campaign.
Inside the campaign, locate the Content section.
Under the image you wish to use for a video, click on the AI Video button to get started.
Step 2: Configure and Generate Your Video
Before generating, you'll have a couple of options to customize your video:
Aspect Ratio — Choose the aspect ratio that best fits where you plan to use the video.
Script — Write a script to guide the video content and messaging.
Each AI video generation costs $5. Once you're ready, click Pay and Generate AI Video to submit your request.
Step 3: Track Your Video in the Content Library
Your AI video will not appear inside the campaign itself. To check on its status:
Navigate to the Content Library tab.
Click on AI Videos.
Your video will appear here with a Pending status while it is being created.
You will receive a notification once your video is ready.
Step 4: Download or Rerun Your Video
Once your video is ready, you have two options:
Download — Click the Download button to save your completed video.
Rerun — If you'd like to generate a new version, click Rerun. Please note that each rerun is treated as a new generation and will cost an additional $5, deducted from your wallet. Promo Wallet funds can be used to cover this cost.
