πΈ Running an Instagram Reels campaign on JoinBrands is a great way to get your brand in front of authentic creators and their audiences. Setting one up is simple β here's a walkthrough of the 4-step campaign creation flow, from campaign info to payment.
π Step 1: Campaign Info
This is where you set the foundation of your campaign.
Business type β select what best describes your brand (eCommerce, Software/App, Local Business, or Other).
Campaign objective β pick Content + Posting since you want creators to create a Reel and post it.
Content type β choose Instagram Reels.
Price per job β set what you'll pay per Reel. Pricing starts at $100 per post β Brands can now set a lower rate, with a minimum of $50 (or the equivalent in EUR, GBP, or other supported currencies). Higher rates attract top-quality creators.
Content brief β describe the product, what you want highlighted, key features, and any specific shots or moments you'd like to see.
Source files (optional) β upload your logo, product images, or brand assets to help creators deliver on-brand content.
Caption (optional) β suggest a caption with emojis, hashtags, and tags to be used on the creator's post.
References (optional) β add links to Instagram posts or videos that match the style you're going for.
Campaign name β an internal name only you can see, for organization.

π₯ Step 2: Creators Parameters
Here's where you decide who can apply to your campaign. Only creators who match these parameters will be able to apply.
Gender β Male, Female, or both.
Preferable age β pick any combination of 18β24, 25β34, 35β44, or 45+.
Ethnicity β choose from White, Hispanic, African American, Asian, or Middle Eastern.
Special requirements (optional) β tag specific needs like Dog, Cat, Kids, Kitchen, Makeup Skills, Voiceover Skills, or add your own custom requirement.
Creators approval β Manual (you review each application) or Automatic (all matching creators are approved).
Counteroffer β toggle on to allow creators to suggest a different price if they don't accept your initial offer.
Number of creators needed β 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, or Unlimited.
Daily job limit β optionally cap how many jobs can be taken per day.
π Note: Not all creators have a connected Instagram account. Your matching-creator count (top right) updates live as you adjust the filters.
π¦ Step 3: Product Information
Next, tell us about the product you're sending to creators.
Brand or trade name β select an existing brand or add a new one.
Product or service β select an existing product or add a new one with details and a link.
Delivery β choose one of three options:
π³ Reimbursement β the creator buys your product from the marketplace and gets reimbursed.
π¦ Delivered by me β you ship the product directly to the creator using their address saved on their account.
π» No shipping needed β for digital products (apps, websites, memberships, etc.) where there's nothing to ship.
For Reimbursement jobs, you'll also enter the product's shipping cost and taxes so the creator gets reimbursed for the full amount they paid.
π° Step 4: Campaign Summary & Payment
The final step shows a full recap of your campaign β product, job details, creator requirements, and the estimated cost per job (which includes an 8% platform fee).
Then choose your payment method:
My Wallet β pay from your JoinBrands balance.
Promo Wallet β use any promotional credits you've earned.
Another payment method β pay by Credit or Debit Card (a 3.5% card processing fee applies).
Hit Create campaign to send it to our team for review.
β±οΈ What Happens Next
Once submitted, your campaign goes through a quick review by our team β usually within 24 hours. After approval:
Creators apply (if you chose Manual approval, you'll review each application).
π Pro tip: Hover over a creator's name to see a quick preview of their profile β and use the average views or followers filters to pick the best fit.
Approved creators receive your product and create the Reel.
You pick the content you want to purchase from the submissions.
π¬ Creators have to post their Reel on Instagram after you pick it, and they'll share the direct link back with you.
β±οΈ The Reel must stay live on the creator's account for at least 14 days.
β After 14 days, the job is marked as completed and you can download the content from your campaign.
