Payment is handled through JoinBrands, protected by escrow, so both sides are covered.
The platform supports the full lifecycle: finding creators, shipping products, managing deadlines, reviewing content, handling revisions, processing payments, and tracking performance, including built-in Spark Ads codes for TikTok and Partnership Ad codes for Instagram.

For platform-specific content, creators post directly to their own social media accounts. Every post includes a Spark Ads code (TikTok) or Partnership Ad code (Instagram) so brands can boost top-performing content as paid ads.
How a Campaign Works
Brand creates a campaign: choose a content type, set a price per job, write a brief describing what you need, and add your product.
Creators apply - Your campaign appears in the creator marketplace. Creators browse, filter by content type, and apply to jobs that match their niche.
Brand approves creators: review applicants, see their level, rating, portfolio, and past work. Approve the creators you want to work with (or turn on automatic approval).
Product gets shipped: ship your product to the creator, mark it as shipped with tracking, or use reimbursement if they buy it themselves.
Creator produces content: once they have the product, they create the photo or video according to your brief and upload it to JoinBrands.
Brand reviews & approves: preview the content, approve it, request revisions, or decline it with a reason.
Creator posts (if required): for Content + Posting jobs, the creator publishes to their social media and provides the Spark Ads or Partnership Ad code.
Payment releases: once the job is complete, the creator's payment is released from escrow to their wallet. They can withdraw anytime.
Campaign Types
Not every campaign works the same way. JoinBrands offers several formats depending on your goals:
Single Job - Content Only: You receive the raw content files (videos or photos) delivered via the platform. The creator does not post it. Great for ad creatives, product pages, and cross-channel repurposing.
Single Job - Content + Posting: The creator produces the content and posts it on their own social media account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Amazon). You get the content files plus an ad code to boost the post. Ideal for organic reach and paid amplification.
Social Blast: Get your product in front of many creators at once. Multiple creators post about your product on TikTok Shop, generating affiliate sales and social proof at scale.
Retainer: An ongoing monthly partnership with a creator. Set a content frequency (e.g., every other day), a monthly budget, and let the creator produce consistently over time. Best for brands that want a steady stream of fresh content.
