Make sure your account info is fully set up:
Delivery address — this is where brands will ship products to you. 📦

⚠️ Heads up: JoinBrands is currently only available to residents of the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK.
Purchase products on time — buy from the marketplace within the 48-hour window after taking the job. ⏱️
Double-check the Order ID — make sure it's entered correctly and matches the right item. If something looks off, reach out to our Brand & Creator Assistance Team for help.
Buy the right item at the right price — that exact amount is what gets reimbursed when the job's complete. 💰
If your order gets canceled, refunded, or lost by the marketplace, contact both the seller and our Assistance Team.
Connect your PayPal account — click Connect PayPal on your Payout method page and sign in to your PayPal account. PayPal is the only payout method right now. Make sure your PayPal address (country, state, city) matches your JoinBrands profile so verification goes through. 🔐
Got a payout issue? Report it to our Assistance Team — they'll sort it out.
Show yourself in the content! Brands are hiring you — they want to see you featuring their product. 📸
Reach out fast if you suspect any issue with your jobs — the sooner the better.

❌ Don'ts
Don't buy if there's a price mismatch. If the price on the listing doesn't match the job, contact our Brand & Creator Assistance Team first — we'll sort it out.
Don't forget to message the brand directly through chat if there's an issue with your order or product.
Notify the brand if your purchased product gets refunded, returned, or canceled — so they can decline the job properly.
Don't ask for a refund after a job is completed and your payout has already been sent.
Don't create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed — and the same PayPal account can no longer be connected to more than one JoinBrands account.
Don't post other people's content or feature someone else in your content — it must be you creating it.
JoinBrands is currently available only to residents of the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK.
Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation, restriction, or suspension of your account, and/or forfeiture of pending or prior jobs.
Don't use AI-generated content. Our system can detect AI-generated images and content pulled from the web.
