You just need to check out your Wallet and withdraw the available amounts for both earnings and reimbursements. You will need to set up you PayPal address first.
🆕 What's new: Instead of typing in a PayPal email address, you now click Connect PayPal and sign in to your PayPal account directly — similar to signing in with Google or Instagram. This makes payouts more secure and helps prevent fraud.
🔧 Step 1: Connect Your PayPal Account
Head to your Payout method page and click Connect PayPal. A PayPal login window will open — sign in and authorize JoinBrands to connect to your account. ✅
🏠 Heads up: Your address must match
When you connect, we'll verify that the country, state, and city on your connected PayPal account match the address on your JoinBrands profile.
If something doesn't match — for example, your PayPal still has an old state on file — you'll see an error. In most cases the fix is to update your address directly in PayPal and then reconnect the account here. 🛠️
📓 Good to Know
☁️ PayPal is currently the only payout option.
🔐 One PayPal account per JoinBrands account. A single PayPal account can no longer be connected to multiple JoinBrands accounts.
🔁 You can disconnect and reconnect a different PayPal account anytime from your Payout method page.
⚠️ Important: Your PayPal payouts could take up to 7 business days to process, and each payout request is different.
