Ad Status
Once you've created your TikTok Boost Ad, you'll see it within the following status:
Pending Creation
Payment Failed - unable to charge the account.
Refund Requested - wait until the end of the day to consolidate TikTok costs.
Refund Processed
Paused
Pending TikTok Approval - Could take up to 1 business day to be processed by TikTok.
Delivering
Completed
Rejected by TikTok - The ad does not comply with TikTok regulations.
Scheduled
Understand your Ad Statistics:
Impressions: how many times users have seen an ad.
Reach: the total number of unique people who see the ad.
Clicks: the total number of clicks the ad has received.
CPC - Cost Per Clicks: the amount you spend on your ad divided by the number of clicks.
CTR - Clicks To Rate: the number of clicks your ad receives divided by the number of impressions.
CPM - Cost Per Million: Cost per 1000 impressions.
Buttons
You can also perform various actions like turning on/off, editing, or seeing the ad details by hovering over the Ad Name section.
You can also click on the three dots and you'll be able to:
Duplicate the ad
Go to the chat with the creator
See the TikTok Post
See the Ad Details
Delete the ad - if you use this button a refund request will be started.
Ad Details
Click on your Add Details so you can see the setup information for that ad and its summary. Additionally, here you can turn on or off the boost.
Edit Ad
You can edit basic ad information such as:
Ad Name
Promoted website
Call to action
Daily Budget
Audience
Filters
You can use the filters to easily see the ads you've created.
Start and end date - Filter the ads by running dates.
Brand or Product - This will be assigned by the settings for the TikTok Post you selected to boost.
Ad status - Filter ads by their status.
