π We've rolled out a major campaign update β meet Multi-Jobs for Social Campaigns. Brands can now keep working with a creator across multiple videos in a single campaign. Here's everything that's changed.
π¬ Multi-Jobs for Social Campaigns
Brands can now request multiple videos per creator across all social jobs, allowing for longer-term creator collaborations inside a single campaign workflow.
π Example: A brand can now request 10 videos from a single creator within one campaign β no need to create a new campaign or hire the creator again.
Setting it up
When you create a social campaign, you'll see a new Content volume settings section. Here's what's inside:
Allow multiple content pieces per creator β toggle this on to enable Multi-Jobs.
Max additional jobs per creator β set how many extra videos each creator can submit after their first (e.g., 5 additional jobs = 6 videos total).
Price for each additional job β set the rate you'll pay for every video after the first one.
π Note: The cost breakdown on the right side of your screen updates live to show your Job #1 cost, the cost for each additional job, and the total cost per creator.
How the flow works
First video submission β the creator uploads their first video. You review it and approve it like any regular job.
Creator approval for additional jobs β after approving the first video, you decide whether you want to keep working with that creator. If you approve them, the next job is automatically generated.
Automatic job progression β from the second video onward, you approval is no longer required for every upload. Once the creator uploads a video, the next job is automatically created. This repeats until the requested number of videos is completed.
π‘ Heads up: There's a small processing delay when generating new jobs, so creation isn't instantaneous. Give it a minute or two.
π Running a TikTok Shop campaign? The TikTok Shop (TTS) flow got its own update too β you'll now need to connect your TikTok Shop store and select a TikTok Shop product before launching. For the full walkthrough, check out our article on Creating a TikTok Shop Campaign.
β οΈ Important: You can stop working with a creator at any time. If you do, that creator simply can't continue creating jobs for that specific campaign β but they can still participate in your other campaigns normally.
π Performance Bonus Changes
Performance bonuses have been updated to support the new Multi-Job structure. Here's how they now work.
Standard performance bonuses
Every uploaded video contributes toward the total campaign goal.
Metrics are combined across all videos submitted by the creator.
π Example: If a campaign offers a bonus for reaching 1,000 total likes, then 5 videos with 400 likes each would qualify β because engagement is aggregated across all submitted videos.
Percentage-based bonuses
Percentage-based bonuses work a little differently:
The system evaluates videos individually.
The top-performing percentage of videos is selected for payout calculations.
Performance tracking window
π Note: Performance bonuses are tracked for up to 5 days after the last job is created.
π Quick Recap
Multi-Jobs β get multiple videos from a single creator in one campaign, with automatic job progression after the first approval.
Performance bonuses β standard bonuses aggregate across all videos, percentage bonuses pick the top performers, and tracking runs for 5 days after the last job is created.
π That's it β go build your next campaign!
More flexibility, better creator partnerships, and cleaner TikTok Shop tracking. Head to your dashboard to try it out.
