This information will be visible if you have set the delivery option as “Shipped by me” when you create your campaign.

We will show you two possible ways to obtain this information so you can send the product to the Creator!

In your Dashboard, you will find the To-do section. When you have a job where you have to send the Creator the product, it will be displayed here.

Once clicked, the delivery information of the Creator will appear on your screen. From here, you can take the information of the Creator and once you have everything ready, simply enter the tracking number and, if needed, the shipping carrier.

Another option to obtain this information is by going into your campaign details section. In the Jobs tab, you will see the button that reads Add tracking #.

Head to the “Delivery info” tab and once there, you can get the delivery address information.

Once again, the delivery information of the Creator will appear on your screen.
