To make changes, youβll need to duplicate the campaign.
Step 1: Cancel Active Jobs
Go to the current campaign.
Cancel any active jobs.
Inform your creators in advance so they know why the job is being canceled
Step 2: Duplicate the Campaign
Create a new campaign with the correct video duration or photo dimensions.
If Your Campaign is a Reimbursement Type
Duplicate the campaign with updated requirements.
Invite the same creator(s) to the new campaign.
Tell the creator:
They do not need to place another order for the product.
They can use the same order number from the original job.
They just need to confirm delivery (if they already have the product) and then upload their content.
If Your Campaign is Shipped-by-Brand Type
Use the βHire Againβ button under the job options in the chat module. Or duplicate the campaign with updated requirements if there is more than one job that needs updating.
You do not need to ship another product.
Reuse the same tracking number from the original order.
The creator just needs to confirm delivery and submit their content.
