π‘ Heads up: Once a campaign is active, you can't directly change the content format (video/photo dimensions) or video duration.
To make changes, you'll need to duplicate the campaign β here's how. π
1οΈβ£ Step 1 β Cancel Active Jobs
Open the active campaign.
Cancel any active jobs β and make sure to give your creators a heads-up first so they understand why their job is being canceled. π¬
If you don't see a Cancel option, reach out to our Brand & Creator Assistance Team and we'll help you out.
2οΈβ£ Step 2 β Duplicate the Campaign
Create a new campaign with the correct video duration or photo dimensions.
π΅ If Your Campaign Is a Reimbursement Type
Duplicate the campaign with the updated requirements.
Invite or Rehire the same creator(s) to the new campaign.
Let your creator know:
β’ They don't need to place another order for the product.
β’ They can reuse the same order number from the original job.
β’ They just need to confirm delivery (if they already have the product) and then upload their content. β
π¦ If Your Campaign Is a Shipped-by-Brand Type
Use the Hire Again button under the job options in the chat module. Or duplicate the campaign with updated requirements if you have multiple jobs to update.
You don't need to ship another product:
β’ Reuse the same tracking number from the original order.
β’ The creator just needs to confirm delivery and submit their content. β
