📦 The Shipped by me delivery method lets you mail the product directly to creators.
When a creator takes a job, their shipping address appears in the job details so you can ship the product to them and add a tracking number and shipping carrier.
✅ Once the creator receives the product, they'll confirm it in the Job Details section — that's your cue that content creation can begin.
⚠️ Important: Requesting a creator's email or phone number in a Shipped by Me campaign is against our Terms of Service. If you need to provide contact details for shipping, please share your own — not the creator's.
⚠️ Delivery method changes: Once a campaign has been submitted and approved, the delivery method can no longer be changed.
For regular Jobs, if a Creator already has the product or the delivery is not required, you can duplicate the campaign and hire the Creator in a separate, no-shipping-needed Campaign. The currently active Job can be canceled when the timer expires or by contacting the Brand and Creator Support team.
For Social Blast Campaigns, since creating a single-job campaign is not supported, a completely new Campaign would have to be created.
🎬 The creator then produces the content and uploads it for your review. From there, you pick the piece you like best and purchase it. 🤩
⚠️ Upsells note: Upsells are only available on Content Only campaigns and Social Blast campaigns (selfie or video content types). Social Posting campaigns don't support upsells.
📓 Note: With this delivery method, creators don't pay anything out of pocket — you cover all costs, including shipping and taxes. 😊
