With the Reimbursement option, the creator buys your product directly from the marketplace, and you reimburse them upfront when the job kicks off. Once the creator accepts the job, they head to the marketplace to purchase the product and provide the order ID in the job details.
Once the order ID is shared, you can use it to track the package and stay on top of delivery. 📦
⚠️ Sales tax included: a sales tax is added to the product price based on the brand's marketplace, so creators are covered for what they actually pay at checkout:
US — 10%
CA — 15%
UK, DE, AU — no sales tax (0%)
We apply the rate that matches your marketplace to keep things simple, fair, and your job extra appealing to creators.
⚠️ Shipping cost: when you choose Reimbursement, you'll be asked to enter the product's shipping cost. You'll cover the full reimbursement for the product itself, but you don't have to cover the creator's shipping fees on top.
📓 Good to know: Once the job is completed, the creator gets paid for both their work and the product reimbursement. 💰
