Important: To qualify as a TikTok Shop Affiliate, you must be approved by TikTok as a TikTok Shop Affiliate Creator. We will automatically verify whether you are approved.
On this certification, you simply connect your TikTok Account by scanning the QR code from your mobile device where your TikTok account is logged in.
Go to your Certification section, and at the top, you will see a banner. Simply click the Get certified button.
Important Reminder for TikTok Shop Affiliate Certification
Please note that this certification must be completed through the JoinBrands mobile app. TikTok Shop features are not available on desktop, so scanning the QR code or trying to complete the process on a computer will not work. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to access all features.
🚨 Important Note:
Reconnecting your TikTok account will not help you get into the TikTok Shop certification queue. In fact, it may cause system errors in other areas that rely on that connection. Please do NOT disconnect your TikTok account to try to fix TikTok Shop issues. Always contact Support instead.
