📱 For this certification, you'll simply connect your TikTok account by scanning a QR code from the JoinBrands mobile app — where your TikTok account is logged in.
🏁 Head to your Certifications section. At the top you'll see a banner — just tap the Get certified button to start.
📌 Mobile-only certification: This certification must be completed through the JoinBrands mobile app. TikTok Shop features aren't available on desktop, so scanning the QR code or completing the process on a computer won't work. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version for full access.
🚨 Important Note: Reconnecting your TikTok account will not push you into the TikTok Shop certification queue — in fact, it can cause errors elsewhere that rely on that connection. Please do not disconnect your TikTok account to try to fix TikTok Shop issues. Contact Support instead.
