Easily switch, update, or change your Social Media Accounts!

Updating, switching, or changing your TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, or YouTube account is easy!

Simply go to your Account Settings, disconnect your current account, and connect your new one.

Switching social accounts isn't always plug-and-play. Each platform has its own gotchas, please bear the following information in mind!

πŸ“± TikTok
​

Disconnecting your TikTok account resets your TikTok certification β€” it can take up to 14 days to reprocess after you reconnect.
​

Do not disconnect TikTok to fix TikTok Shop issues β€” it can cause errors and won't fix anything. Contact Support instead.
​

This applies to both the standard TikTok cert and the TikTok Shop Affiliate cert.

πŸ“Έ Instagram
​

You need a Professional (Creator or Business) Instagram account to connect β€” personal accounts won't work.
​

Disconnecting and reconnecting with a different account type can break your IG cert until you re-link a Professional account.
​

▢️ YouTube
​

One certification covers both YouTube Shorts and full-length YouTube video jobs β€” you don't need to certify each separately.
​

Switching channels requires the new channel to have at least 50 active Shorts or videos.

πŸ›’ Amazon
​

Amazon Shoppable jobs require the Amazon Influencer Program status. If you switch to an Amazon account that isn't in the Influencer Program, you'll lose access to those jobs until the new account is approved.
​

The new account also needs at least 3 published videos on the Amazon Influencer profile.
​
