Check the error message you get ❗

Review the error message you are receiving when trying to upload your content:

  1. The most common issue when uploading your content is that the resolution does not comply with the minimum required.

    ⚠️ Identify your content resolution and resize it if needed! 🤓

  2. You might also get other error messages like a format error. In this case, review your content's aspect ratio, and make sure that your content follows the ones allowed on JoinBrands: 9:16 / 16:9 / 1:1

    ⚠️ Important: Review that the job does not have specific format restrictions such as requiring only Square, Landscape, or Portrait format.

  3. For videos, make sure that the content has the minimum required:

    1. Certifications must be between 30 and 60 seconds.

    2. Job content starts at 15, 30, or 60 seconds depending on the brand's request.
