Finding the right creator for your campaign is only half the battle — knowing they'll deliver content on time is just as important. That's why we've introduced delivery badges to the Creators Marketplace, giving brands a clear, at-a-glance signal of how reliably a creator delivers their content.

What Are Delivery Badges?

Delivery badges appear directly on each creator's profile card in the Creators Marketplace. They reflect a creator's track record when it comes to submitting content on time. Badges are calculated daily based on completed jobs over the past 90 days, and a creator needs at least 5 completed jobs to qualify. There are two badge types:

⚡Fast

This creator consistently delivers content well ahead of schedule — in half the typical time or less. If you're running a time-sensitive campaign or need to move quickly, ⚡Fast creators are your best bet.

⌚ On-Time Performer

This creator reliably meets their deadlines, delivering at or within the platform average. You can brief them with confidence knowing your content will arrive when expected.

No badge - This creator either has fewer than 5 completed jobs in the last 90 days, or their average delivery time is above the platform average. There is no negative badge — creators who don't yet qualify simply show nothing. It's worth factoring this in when planning campaign timelines, especially if you're working to a tight deadline.

Why This Matters for Brands

When you're managing multiple creator partnerships across a campaign, late content can create real problems — missed posting windows, delayed product launches, and extra back-and-forth chasing updates. Delivery badges take the guesswork out of the process by surfacing this information upfront, before you ever send a pitch.

Delivery badges give you the confidence to build the right team for your campaign from the start. Whether you're running an always-on content strategy or a time-bound promotion, having this information upfront means you can match the right creators to the right briefs and set every partnership up for success.

Where You'll See Delivery Badges

Delivery badges are visible wherever a creator's profile appears on the platform. Whether you're browsing the Creators Marketplace, reviewing creators who have applied to your campaign, or searching for creators to invite within an active campaign, the badge will always be visible on their profile card.

This means no matter how you discover or evaluate a creator, you'll always have their delivery track record front and center. Pair this with other signals — their GMV level, ratings, platform reach, and pitch video — to build a fuller picture of whether they're the right fit for your campaign.
