πŸ’¬ How are ratings calculated?

Only reviews with written feedback count toward your Creator Level rating average.

  • ⭐ Star-only ratings do not count toward your level average

  • πŸ’¬ Reviews with written feedback are included in the calculation

  • πŸ“… Only reviews from the last 12 months are counted

  • πŸ‘ Unrated jobs do not negatively affect your average and are not included in the calculation

Note: Not all completed jobs need to have a review. To qualify for Level 2, you must complete 5 eligible jobs and maintain an average rating of 4.0 stars or higher across any reviews with written feedback received in the last 12 months. The same principle applies to Level 3, which requires 30 eligible completed jobs and an average rating of 4.3 stars or higher.

⏳ Once you've met all requirements, your account may take up to 7 business days to update automatically.

⚠️ Maintaining Your Creator Level

Creator Levels are not permanent.

To maintain your current level, you must continue meeting the requirements associated with that level. Because ratings are calculated using a rolling 12-month period, your level may change if your qualifying reviews or completed jobs no longer meet the required thresholds.

Remember:

βœ… Only video, social, and live jobs count toward Creator Level progression

❌ Image-only jobs do not count toward leveling requirements

βœ… Only reviews with written feedback are included in Creator Level rating calculations

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

⏳ How long does it take to level up after meeting the requirements?

Once all requirements have been met, level upgrades are processed automatically and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.

πŸ“Έ Do image jobs count toward leveling up?

No. Only video, social, and live jobs count toward Creator Level progression.

Image-only jobs, such as lifestyle photos, selfies, product demo photos, and product-only photos, do not count toward leveling requirements.

⭐ Why didn't a completed job affect my rating average?

Only reviews that include written feedback are included in Creator Level rating calculations.

Star-only ratings and unrated jobs may still appear on your profile, but they are not included in the average used for level progression.

πŸ”„ What should I do if my level hasn't updated after 7 business days?

Before contacting Support, please verify that:

  • Your completed jobs are eligible job types (video, social, or live)

  • You have met the required completed-job threshold

  • Your qualifying reviews meet the required average rating

  • The reviews were submitted within the last 12 months

If everything appears correct and your level still hasn't updated after 7 business days, please contact Support.

🎬 Can I level up while working on active jobs?

Yes. Level changes do not affect the status of jobs already in progress and will automatically apply to future opportunities once the upgrade is processed.

πŸ”§ Troubleshooting Common Issues

Job Type Eligibility

If your level has not increased as expected, make sure your completed jobs are eligible.

Only video, social, and live jobs count toward Creator Level progression. Image-only jobs are excluded.

Missing Reviews

Only reviews that include written feedback count toward your Creator Level rating average.

If a brand has not left a review yet, that job simply won't be included in the rating calculation.

Processing Time

After meeting all requirements, please allow up to 7 business days for the system to process your level update.

If your level has not changed after that timeframe, contact Support and we'll be happy to investigate. 😊

πŸŽ‰ Keep up the good work and amazing content!
