You've been creating amazing content and collaborating with brandsβ€”now it's time to see the feedback you've earned! πŸŽ‰

Reviews help brands learn more about your experience and can even help you progress through the Creator Levels program. πŸš€

πŸ“ What's the difference between a Rating and a Review?

After every completed job, a brand can leave feedback in one of two ways:

⭐ Rating

A rating is simply a star score from 1 to 5 stars.

πŸ’¬ Review

A review includes:

  • A 1–5 star rating

  • Written feedback about your work

Both ratings and reviews are displayed on your public portfolio so brands can see your past performance and experiences. 🌟

πŸ“ˆ How do Reviews affect my Creator Level?

Not all ratings count toward your Creator Level average.

βœ… Reviews with written feedback count toward your level calculation.

❌ Star-only ratings (without written feedback) do not affect your Creator Level average.

A few important things to keep in mind:

  • πŸ“… Only reviews from the last 12 months are included.

  • πŸ’¬ Only jobs with written reviews are averaged.

  • πŸ‘ Unrated jobs won't hurt your scoreβ€”they simply aren't included in the calculation.

  • ⭐ Star-only ratings still appear on your portfolio, even though they don't count toward level progression.

πŸ† Creator Level Requirements

To maintain your Creator Level, you'll need the following average rating on reviewed jobs from the last 12 months:

Level 2 - ⭐ 4.0-star average or higher

Level 3 - ⭐ 4.3-star average or higher

πŸ‘€ How can I check my Reviews?

To view your ratings and reviews:

  1. Click on your Profile Picture

  2. Select Reviews

That's it! 🎊 You'll be able to see all ratings and written feedback brands have left about your work.

🎨 Can I hide Reviews from my public Portfolio?

Yes!

You can choose whether the Reviews section is displayed on your public portfolio. This can be helpful when you're just starting out and would prefer to build a larger collection of reviews before showing them publicly. 😊
