Once your campaign is approved and a creator accepts the job, their shipping address is automatically pulled from their JoinBrands account, no extra steps needed on their end. All you have to do is ship the product and add the tracking number in the platform. Here's how. đŚ
From your Dashboard. Open the To-do section and click on the job that needs tracking info added.
A new prompt will pop up: just enter the tracking number (and shipping carrier, if needed). That's it! â
2. From inside the campaign. Open your campaign, head to the Jobs tab, find the creator's job, and click Add tracking #. Same prompt, same result. đ
â ď¸ Important: if you don't add tracking info (or the package arrives before you do), the platform won't let the creator continue uploading content. So make sure to drop in the tracking number as soon as you ship.
