Once your campaign is approved and a creator accepts the job, their shipping address is automatically pulled from their JoinBrands account — no extra steps needed on their end. All you have to do is ship the product and add the tracking number in the platform. Here's how. 📦
From your Dashboard. Open the To-do section and click on the job that needs tracking info added.
A new prompt will pop up — just enter the tracking number (and shipping carrier, if needed). That's it! ✅
2. From inside the campaign. Open your campaign, head to the Jobs tab, find the creator's job, and click Add tracking #. Same prompt, same result. 🚚
⚠️ Important: if you don't add tracking info — or the package arrives before you do — the platform won't let the creator continue uploading content. So make sure to drop in the tracking number as soon as you ship.
