Reviews help brands learn more about your experience and can even help you progress through the Creator Levels program. 🚀

After every completed job, a brand can leave feedback in one of two ways:

A rating is simply a star score from 1 to 5 stars.
​

A review includes:

Both ratings and reviews are displayed on your public portfolio so brands can see your past performance and experiences. 🌟

Not all ratings count toward your Creator Level average.
​

✅ Reviews with written feedback (social media, video, or Live jobs) count toward your level calculation.

❌ Star-only ratings (without written feedback) do not affect your Creator Level average.

A few important things to keep in mind:

To maintain your Creator Level, you'll need the following average rating on reviewed social media, video, or Live jobs from the last 12 months:

Level 2 - ⭐ 4.0-star average or higher

Level 3 - ⭐ 4.3-star average or higher
