🧭 Welcome to your Creator Dashboard! Here's a quick walkthrough of the main sections so you know exactly where to go for jobs, content, and everything in between.
Across the top of your screen you'll see four main tabs — Dashboard, Marketplace, Jobs, and Retainer Jobs — that take you to everything you need:
Each one opens a different part of your account where you can explore your profile, apply to jobs, and manage your content as a UGC creator.
🏠 Dashboard
Your Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your Creator profile at a glance. Here you'll see:
Creator's level
Certifications approved
Active jobs
Total earnings
📓 Note: This summary only appears once your first certification has been approved.
🛒 Marketplace
The Marketplace is where you browse all the jobs available to you. At the top, you can filter by content type — Videos, Images, TikTok, TikTok Shop, TikTok Shop Live, Amazon, Instagram, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts — so you only see the jobs that match what you're certified to do.
💡 The more content types you're certified for, the more jobs you'll unlock — so aim to collect as many certifications as you can. 🤩
💡 Tip: Use the filters and search bar to find jobs featuring specific products or content types — huge time-saver when you're looking for something specific. 😃
📋 Jobs
Once you start working with brands, My Jobs is your home base. For each job you'll see:

Content type
Job info
From here you can see what's next for each job — ordering the product, adding the tracking link, tracking your earnings, and more. Retainer Jobs have their own tab, where you'll manage any ongoing monthly brand collaborations you've been invited to.
💡 Tip: Revisit your past jobs to see which content got purchased — it's a great way to spot patterns and level up your craft as a UGC creator. 🌟
🔁 Retainer Jobs
Retainer Jobs are ongoing monthly partnerships where a brand invites you to create content on a regular schedule. Unlike one-time jobs in the Marketplace, retainer jobs are invite-only — you'll see them in the Retainer Jobs tab when a brand reaches out. This tab is where you'll accept offers, track your posting schedule, and manage everything related to your recurring collaborations.
