🔐 Updating Your Password (While Logged In)
If you remember your current password and you're already logged into your account:
Go to your Dashboard and click the Profile button in the top right corner, then select Account.
Scroll down to the Password section and click the Edit icon.
Enter your current password, then type your new password and confirm it.
Click Save changes — your new password is active immediately.
🔄 Forgot Your Password?
If you can't remember your password and you're locked out of your account:
On the login screen, click Forgot my password?
Enter the email address you use to sign in. We'll send you a confirmation email with a reset link.
A box will appear requesting your email address (the one you use to sign in), after that, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the next step to change the password.
4. Once you click on the button, it will send you to a new page, where you're able to change the password. Once you finish typing, click on the “Reset password” button, and automatically sends you again to the Login screen where you will have to log in with the new password!
