At the moment we have available 3 Payment Methods:
Add a new Credit or Debit Card to your account
Just head to your Payment Method section and click on the "Add credit card" button, enter your information and you can even make it your default Credit card!
⚠️ Important: You must always have sufficient funds in your Card to cover any Upsells for your Campaign.
Using your Wallet
At the moment you create a campaign, you can select "charge my wallet first" at the Payment step.
⚠️ Important: It will only charge your Wallet first when the full amount is available.
Add funds to your wallet with Wire Transfers by looking for the Wire money button in your wallet.
By clicking this button you will be provided with the information that you need to process your wire transfers! 🤩
Note: Your reference ID will be displayed once you do this process, keep it safe! Remember that this process can take up to 5 business days, if your transfer could not be processed feel free to contact our support team! 😉
Changing your payment method
If you have a campaign already running, but you wish to change your payment method to a different card, you can do so by entering to your campaign details section and clicking the respective button.
Note: You can select the option to charge your wallet first even if your campaign is already running.
