The main situations you may need to contact a Brand are (but not limited to):
The product hasn't arrived.
The product is damaged.
The product wasn't the one selected.
A refund has been issued by the marketplace.
Now, if you're experiencing some of these situations, no worries, you should reach out to our Customer Success Team via chat, as well as the Brand.

You just need to go to the job details and click on the "Chat" section.
Once you start a conversation with a Brand, you'll see it in the Resolution Center so you can keep track of it. π
Note: If you see a green dot next to the brand's icon, it means that they are online right now.
