Prep the product before you start
Give it a quick wipe down to remove dust, or remove any unnecessary stickers or tags.
Be sure to show the logo
Check whether the logo is perfectly visible. Otherwise, a client can mix up the product with others that are similar.
Use a simple background
Use a simple solid color background (white background is most commonly used).
Shoot from multiple angles
Your audience wants to see the product from various angles, so take product photos from all possible sides so all of its features are visible.
Only show the product
Only show the product against a background; no models, props, or accessories are necessary.
