Your first step is to get certified for the AI Video Certification. This section can be found in your Certifications Tab!
Once your AI Video Certification has been approved, you will enter the process of applying for all the AI Video jobs that brands have for you!
The first step for you, depending on the type of job, is to purchase and receive the product.
Important: Before accepting this type of job, you must carefully read the instructions to ensure you fully understand the requirements and are 100% confident that you can deliver the content the brand expects!
How to Look for Video Ads Jobs in the Marketplace.
Click on the Marketplace tab in your account.
Select the content type “Videos.”
Use the filter option and choose “AI Video.”
You will see all available AI Video-type jobs.
Click a job name to expand the details and review the description to ensure you can deliver the required content.
Once confirmed, click “Apply to this Job.”
Please note: Brands choose Creators within 1-2 business days of setting the job live. 😉
Once you have accepted the job, you need to place your order for reimbursement for the type of job. You have 48 hours to place the order for reimbursement-type jobs! Once your order is placed, make sure to add your order number for confirmation so the system can recognize this step. Otherwise, your job will be automatically canceled if 48 hours pass after you accept the invitation!
For products shipped by the brand, the brand has a 3-day window to ship the item and provide shipping information. If the brand does not comply, you can cancel the job. However, we recommend first contacting the brand through our platform—use the “Chat” section on your job page to inform them about the delivery delay. This communication is important and will be recorded in our Resolution Center.
Once you have received the product, create the brand's video content and upload it to JoinBrands. You have a 10-day window to submit Video content!
📌 How to Deliver AI Videos Correctly
1. Follow the Brand’s Instructions
Every campaign will specify:
Style (avatar, greenscreen, talking head, demonstration, etc.)
Length
Product highlights
What must be said or shown
Whether AI voice or AI visuals are allowed
Always start by reading the brief carefully.
2. Ensure Realistic, High-Quality Output
AI videos must:
Have clear visuals
Use stable framing and smooth transitions
Avoid glitches, warped elements, or distorted faces/hands
Use readable labels (left-to-right — never mirrored)
Maintain high resolution
If the output looks low-quality or artificial in a distracting way, redo the render.
3. Use Clear, Natural-Sounding Audio
If using an AI-generated voice:
Choose a natural voice
Avoid heavy accents unless requested
Match tone to the brand (friendly, professional, energetic, etc.)
If the brand requires a real voice, do not use AI voiceovers.
4. Keep Branding Accurate
Show the product correctly, whether real or AI-generated.
Ensure the AI doesn’t change colors, logos, packaging shapes, or text.
Do not add claims the brand didn’t approve.
5. Stay Authentic and Ethical
Do not generate fake people claiming to be real customers.
Do not create deepfakes of anyone.
Avoid misleading AI enhancements.
Your job is to use AI to improve quality, not fabricate false information.
6. Deliver Content That Matches the Brief
Examples of common AI Video Job types:
AI avatar reading a brand script
AI-edited product showcase
AI-generated storytelling sequences
AI-enhanced greenscreen demos
Hybrid videos combining real footage + AI B-roll
Whatever method you choose must fit the brand’s purpose.
7. Final Check Before Uploading
✔ Content meets the job description
✔ Voice matches what the brand allows
✔ Product label is correct and readable
✔ No unrealistic or distorted visuals
✔ No mirrored or incorrect packaging
✔ Smooth transitions and stable framing
✔ Original video created only for this job
Once your content is ready, go back to the job and upload your content, making sure to follow the required content.
Once your content is approved by our processing team, the brand has a 10-day window to either approve it or request revisions. Once the brand approves your content, you will be paid automatically to your JoinBrands wallet, and you can withdraw the funds using your PayPal account.💸
You can submit multiple upsell videos and will be paid extra if the brand purchases any additional content!
